Rüptüre Abdominal Aort Anevrizmasının Olağandışı Bir Başvurusu: Olgu Sunumu

Aim: Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is among the surgical emergencies with highest mortality, generally causes death in 90% of cases. Most AAA ruptures open into retroperitoneal space, and are recognized by classical triad pain, hypotension, a pulsatile mass. Unfortunately, only 25% to 50% patients present this triad; thus, many ruptured either remain undiagnosed or falsely diagnosed other diseases. Case: A 75-year-old man presented emergency department (ED) sudden-onset dyspnea, nausea, left pelvic pain. Imaging studies revealed aneurysmal dilation aorta, inferior origin renal artery, intraabdominal free fluid. The patient was consulted cardiovascular surgery urgently taken operating room preliminary diagnosis an rupture. Conclusion: Our report presents unusually rare presentation life-threatening disorder. Early diagnosis, referral vascular surgery, possible endovascular repair key limiting AAA-related morbidity mortality.
